From June 10th to 11th, 2014, the first drafting working meeting of the "Integrated Chiller (Heat Pump) Unit Standard" organized by TECKA Group and led by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment was held in Kunshan. 18 representatives was attended the meeting who were from the Hefei General Research Institute, China National Institute of Standardization, Shanghai Refrigeration Institute, China Shipbuilding Industry Shanghai 704 Research Institute, Shanghai Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., TECKA.

As the organizer of this conference, He Hui, executive vice president of TECKA group, made a presentation on the background, current status, development trends of TECKA integrated chiller (heat pump) unit and TECKA’s position in the integrated units market.

President He pointed out in his speech that the integrated unit is an application innovative product born in response to market demand. It promote the rapid development of the market with the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, convenient installation, reliable quality, energy saving, water saving, material saving, space saving, and time saving. As a leading manufacturer of integrated products, TECKA has the responsibility and obligation to make its own contribution to the healthy and standardized development of the market.

Subsequently, the members of the standard drafting group made a report about "JB / T" Integrated chiller (heat pump) unit "development ideas and progress", and introduced the background, conception and post-work assumptions of standard drafting. Participants discussed the issues raised in the report one by one and clarified the main content of the standard.

The "Integrated Chiller (Heat Pump) Unit Standard" was formulated by TECKA group in 2012 and was incorporated into the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Standards Revision Plan in 2013. The standard formulation was officially launched in July 2013. After one year of preparation, research and preparation, the drafting of the standard has now been completed.

By formulating the "Integrated Chiller (Heat Pump) Unit Standard", it is able to clarify the relevant requirements of the integrated product range, product requirements, performance evaluation methods, and test methods, thereby ensuring the function, performance, and reliability of the integrated product. On this basis, the interests of end users can be effectively protected, the vicious competition in the industry can be avoided, and the standardized development of the industry can be promoted.
