TECKA Intelligent Energy Station modularizes and efficiently integrates the traditional chiller room system. It is an efficient chiller room system that uses BIM technology to unified planning of design and assemble the TECKA chillers, chilled water system (transmission & distribution & treatment), cooling water system (transmission & distribution & treatment), and power system. The system is intelligently centralized controlled through an intelligent control systeml, which has functions of autonomous analysis, self-diagnosis, automatic protection, automatic reset, automatic warning, automatic filling and drainage, automatic on/off, etc, which can run intelligently in the lifetime.

The Intelligent Energy Station consists of multiple thermal source modules and supporting auxiliary modules, and TECKA provides customization services for the auxiliary modules. Users can choose any model of TECKA Intelligent Energy Station as per the system total cooling capacity and different usage needs. Different types of thermal source module combinations can also be selected as per the system total cooling and heating load, and TECKA provides a centralized control system.

TECKA Intelligent Energy Station is equipped with the INTE2 intelligent control system for intelligent centralized control, with functions of autonomous analysis, self-diagnosis, automatic protection, automatic reset, automatic warning, automatic filling and drainage, automatic on/off, etc, which can run intelligently in the lifetime.

The INTE2 intelligent control system can be equipped with the function of automatic measurement of cooling (heating) capacity, and set the temperature, flow, power meter and other sensors to calculate the system energy efficiency value through the intelligent control system, and directly display the system energy efficiency on the control panel screen.

The Intelligent Energy Stations can self regulate while meeting user needs to ensure that the system always operate at the lowest energy consumption state. The application of highly intelligent centralized control technology and cloud control technology makes the operation of the system extremely simple, without the need for dedicated chiller room management enginner. Users can use the mobile APP to control or monitor the system anytime, anywhere. Multiple communication protocols can be used to connect the system to the building automation system and remotely control the system in the monitoring center, greatly reducing the management costs.
